Last summer, I hired a teenager to take care of my kids in my home while I worked during the day. I thought that every thing was going well, but soon found out otherwise. I'm not saying that all teenagers are untrustworthy, but the girl that I hired surely was. How can you find child care for your kids and trust that the person you have hired is doing their job right and not taking advantage of the situation?
